🔁 Exchanges Only

  • We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, subject to approval.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us through the Contact Us page or email sales@buyradiosusa.com.

📅 Exchange Window

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Some exceptions may apply
  • All exchanges require an approved RMA number prior to return
  • A 30% restocking fee may apply

⚠️ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Subscription services for DATA
  • Parts
  • Ear molds
  • Replacement curly tubes
  • Programming cables
  • Incorrect orders

✅ Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Valid proof of purchase (sales order or invoice) is required
  • Subscription services and parts are non-exchangeable
  • Exchanges for incorrectly ordered items are not guaranteed 

❗ Incorrect Orders 

An incorrect order results from customer selection errors, including but not limited to incorrect product type, model, connector, compatibility, or configuration.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges responsibility for verifying product specifications and compatibility prior to checkout.

  • Incorrect orders are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be granted but not guaranteed. 
  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of BUY RADIOS USA
  • Any approved exchange requires the item to be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • The correct replacement item must be available at the same or greater value

If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer must pay the price difference before the exchange is processed. If the customer declines, the customer agrees to keep the ordered product. All determinations regarding incorrect orders are final and binding. No exceptions will be made.

📦 RMA Process

  • All exchanges require an approved RMA number
  • Items returned without an RMA will be refused
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding exchange approval and next steps

🔄 Restocking Fee

  • A 30% restocking fee may apply 
  • Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion if store credit is issued
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Do not return items to the manufacturer
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
